You must be at least 18 years old to register and you are only permitted to hold one account per person.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?" A verification code will be sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enter the code when prompted, then set a new password. This takes less than two minutes in most cases. If you no longer have access to the mobile number you registered with, contact support — they will guide you through an identity verification process to recover your account. Never share your OTP or password with anyone.

Username changes are generally not permitted once the account is created, as the username is tied to your account identity. If you have changed your SIM card and need to update your registered mobile number, contact the support team directly. You will need to verify your identity before any changes are made. Updates to your email address can typically be handled from within your account settings after login.

No. WinPKR 18 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each player is permitted a single account linked to their Pakistani mobile number and identity. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was opened fraudulently in your name, contact support immediately.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Yes, minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method you choose. JazzCash and Easypaisa have their own transaction limits set by the wallet providers, so if you are trying to deposit a large amount via mobile wallet you may need to split it or use a bank transfer instead. Log in and visit the deposit section of your account to see the current limits applicable to each method. All amounts are displayed in PKR.

First, check that the transaction was completed successfully on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking app — look for a confirmation message or receipt. Most deposits reflect instantly, but occasional delays of a few minutes can happen during peak times. If the balance still has not updated after 15–20 minutes, contact the support team and provide the transaction reference number. The team can manually verify and credit the payment if confirmed on the payment provider's side.

Cricket is the main focus and gets the most markets, but the Sports section also covers Football — including major international tournaments and domestic leagues that Pakistan fans follow — as well as Esports. Esports markets cover popular competitive titles with pre-match and live betting options. The range of available sports and markets may change depending on the season, with additional events added during major tournaments.

Settlement rules for abandoned or interrupted matches follow standard Cricket betting conventions. If a match is declared void or officially abandoned without a result being reached by the governing body, most pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned to your balance. For D/L method results in T20 and ODI formats, the official result as declared by the match officials is used for settlement. A cash-out option is available on selected markets and events. When cash out is available for your bet, you will see the option in your active bets section with the current cash-out value displayed. The value fluctuates in real time based on the current match situation and live odds. Cash out is not guaranteed to be available on all bets or at all times — it may be suspended during critical moments of a match or if live data is delayed.

Slots & Fish Games

Yes. All Slot games on WinPKR 18 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that each spin outcome is completely random and independent of any previous result. There is no pattern to exploit and no way to predict the next outcome.
